Private room with a Queen-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and TV (Netflix, Prime, etc.) in a home in Roma Sur. I live in the house (Lorena) with my two schnauzer dogs and we'd love to share the space and meet new people. Two-story house, 2 bedrooms each with bathroom (1 available). 1st floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a small patio with laundry area and washer/dryer. 3rd floor: terrace with 2 storage rooms. Access is through the rental room. The location is privileged: shopping center 4 blocks away, large park 1 block away (Jardín López Velarde) where on Sundays the famous organic and gourmet market "Mercado el 100" is set up, and Plaza Pabellón Cuauhtémoc. Centro Médico Metro 50 meters away. Metro station 1 block away. Several Ecobici stations around. Oxxo's, 7-Eleven 24 hrs on every corner. Cafés with interesting and beautiful concepts.
