The room I'm renting is 151 square feet, with interior courtyard view and very quiet. The room has a long closet and access to the private bathroom is right next to the room. Free parking. The apartment consists of a living room with large windows, an open kitchen and a space I use for painting and work. I smoke in the common areas of the apartment and I have a large, calm female dog. PRICE $20,000 for two months including wifi, electricity, water and cleaning.
