Units starting at $650 USD and larger units are available for an additional charge.Each of the 20 units has their own electric meter, bill will be paid by our staff, & tenant will be billed by us for their usage, this will save the tenant time of having to go in person to pay the bill.Water is included for no additional charge to tenant.All units are fully furnished, have heat & AC, and include smart tvs and access to free Wifi.The owner, Bob Jankovics, lives on site, and a property manager is available for your safety and security.The building has state of the art fingerprint and facial recognition software for additional security.All tenants will have access to the rooftop pool and lounge area that includes views of the mountains and the ocean.Only a short walk to the beach & downtown Cabo, this is a prime location.Contact us for more details or to schedule a showing.
