We have new availability for March 2026…..The 2 two bedroom units are in a charming duplex building in historic Centro San Miguel, the Best Small City in the World. (Ruth and her friends say it's the best small city for shopping, too!) The units are close to the fresh foods and artisans markets and an easy walk to the city's square and the famous Parroquia cathedral. The neighborhood is divided by the Privada de Animas, a narrow street, tucked away in the north end of Centro. It's home to Mexican families and some norteamericanos. There are two small groceries nearby and a doctor's office is just across the privada, next to Gregorio the carpenter.Each two bedroom unit has a completely functional kitchen and a living/dining room. But otherwise they are quite different. The downstairs unit is a bit bigger and has a den, a separate dining room and one bath with the two bedrooms. The upstairs unit has two baths, one off each each of the two bedrooms. The living room/kitchen/dining room are smaller than downstairs. (Note: the apartments are not 700 square meters.
