Cozy Studio close to the beach

Cozy studio apartment located on 10th Avenue between 82nd and 84th Streets. Includes: queen bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, stove, refrigerator, air conditioning, cooking gas, basic kitchen utensils, and hot water in the shower. Electricity is not included; you pay according to your consumption. Rent is $6,000 MXN per month, with a $4,000 MXN security deposit. We offer a 6-month or 1-year lease; we do not rent for shorter periods. There is no fee for the lease agreement, and we require a copy of your passport or national ID card (INE) to finalize it. Children only from 13 years old and no pets.
