an Sebastian Cove is an American Community of about 20 homes and is located about half way between Mulege and Loreto in Baja California Sur. The properties are managed by San Sebastian Management, LLC., out of Anthem, AZ . My annual ground lease payment is $2,750 per year. Security is provided by two onsite caretakers. The kitchen was recently remodeled with glass front upper and pull out base cabinets and double wide reach in pantry and a new GE dishwasher. The dining and game area faces the calm waters of the Sea of Cortez. The Sea of Cortez is an excellent spot for outdoor activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, diving, sport fishing, snorkeling, and boating. The living room has a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. There is a separate walk in pantry for small kitchen appliances, and paper goods storage. A Samsung Inverter Technology clothes washer, reach in linen closet and a walk in clothes closet are provided. The master bed room is approximately 300 sq. ft. and has a California king size bed, and bedroom cabinets, double vanity, walk in shower, and toilet. Outside is an approximately 500 sq. ft. deck with BBQ, with oven, and refrigerator, Beer Kegerator. The rear sun deck is over 700 sq.ft. and faces West with a view of the many date palm trees and the rugged mountains. It has a self serve bar, and seating, with umbrellas and a drip irrigation system for potted plants. The house is equipped with Starlink Satellite Dish for TV, e-mail and telephone service to the US and Mexico, WIFI service is available in all rooms of the house.A large two car garage and two vehicle carport has ample space for two cars plus, boats and sports equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards. Power to run the house is provided by a 3,000 watt Solar system with a 6000 watt inverter two new charge controllers and new LIPO batteries. Included with the house is a 19 foot long Triumph center console fishing boat, 4X4 Chevrolet Suburban, and a Honda 300 Fourtrax, and a Yahama 4 Seat Rhino 4X4 for exploring. Water to the house is provided by 2 community water wells, the house has its own 500 g.p.d. reverse osmosis system which provides water to all sinks and in the Main kitchen is a 8 cuft Magic Chef chest freezer, and Samsung 22 cuft inver technology refrigerator's with ice maker from a 130 liter storage tank, the house also has a 100 gallon back up water system.
