an Sebastian Cove is an American Community of about 20 homes and is located about half way between Mulege and Loreto in Baja California Sur. The properties are managed by San Sebastian Management, LLC., out of Anthem, AZ . My annual ground lease payment is $2,750 per year. Security is provided by two onsite caretakers. I am 80 years old and I have been here a little over 25 years, and have been in Mexico for over 40 years and so its time to move on.This "TURN-KEY" two story house is located in the center of San Sebastian Cove facing the waters of the Sea of Cortez. The boat launch area is in front of the house, there is an Island in front of the house named Il Defonso which offers excellent sport fishing and diving.
