We have a great three bedroom apartment with one nice room available in Cuauhtemoc area: The room is a furnished one, single bed, and its own bathroom. Rent is $6,300 pesos per month including utilities and is available from January 6, 2026. The apartment has a shared living room, large hall/dining room, kitchen, cable tv and wireless internet. It is located one block from Reforma Avenue and 2 blocks from Insurgentes Avenue. Supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, cinema and transportation (metro, metrobus and buses) are nearby. We are two easy going persons, both working, looking for one mature, tidy and laid back person to share the apartment.
